April is Hola Española!

April is Hola EspaƱola!

Throughout April, Eurodore says Hola Española!, or ‘Hello Spain!’. You can enjoy imported Spanish Serrano Jamon, Spanish olives and of course, the famous Ortiz anchovies. Head chef Dan Melbourne also brings Spain to Port Melbourne with a range of delicious daily specials.

Traditional Manchego, Agour Ossau Iraty, Garroxta and Smoked San Simon are just a few. Learn about different these varieties of cheese and how to match them with the right wines. When Salt Aint Salt

Murray River Salt is not only a beautiful product but a wonderful Australian success story. The soft, high grade, pink salt looks impressive in any pinch pot and adds high quality flavour to the simplest of dishes.

This natural Australian inland salt, produced near Mildura in both Victoria and New South Wales, is equal to salt produced in other parts of the world.

It is tapped naturally from the underground brines in the Murray Darling Basin. These underground saline waters have been lying dormant for thousands of years and by using these waters the environment is improved and a unique salt is produced. By using this salt you are assisting the serious inland salinity problem!
