The course will run for four Sundays and is for those who prefer to be taught in a group setting. Learn non-religious, simple and practical strategies to calm the mind and soothe the body.
You will need to wear warm, comfortable clothing and to bring a sense of enquiry and humour to your session.

The meditation and deep relaxation methods taught by Cool Calm & Collected range from a one-minute practice to many minutes which can be accomplished sitting on a chair, walking or standing; at any time of the day and in any place.
Chairs, cushions, mats and blankets will be provided.
