Can't sleep? Nearly everybody's had a hard time falling asleep at least once, but 10 percent of the general population suffers insomnia regularly. Not only do many people have a hard time falling asleep, but they awaken several times during the night and feel fatigued the next day.
Our sessions are primarily designed for those with lifestyle habits that affect their sleep.
And… to give some practical yogic tools to perhaps reduce the sleep deprivation or at the very least pass on remedies that can be used throughout the day to reduce sluggishness and fatigue caused by sleep deprivation.
You will need to wear warm, comfortable clothing, preferably layered.
